Policies – Greater Houston HamFest

Admission is $10 On-line and can be purchase on the GHHF website. It is $15 At the gate.
Online sales will be stopped at midnight, the Wednesday before the hamfest.
The admission ticket is good for both days of the event.
Children 12 years of age & under are free. Scouts, military & first responders in uniform are free.
Organization group pricing available. It must be arranged no later than 2 wks before the event.
Admission is non-refundable.

Tables are $25 each except for end tables which are $30.
Table purchase does not included admission and must be purchased separately.
Tables are 8 feet long and the space comes with two chairs. More chairs are available, but this creates crowding between tables and should be avoided.
Electricity is available at no charge but must be requested when tables are rented.
One free table is available for clubs to advertise their club and events. No equipment sales are allowed on club tables. Clubs are allowed to hold raffle drawings at their table. GHHF can provide announcements for club raffles if needed.
Admission is not included on free tables.
Table purchase refunds must be requested in writing (e-mail accepted) no later than twenty-four hours the day before the start of the ham fest.

Tailgating is allowed in the main parking, outside the fenced area of the Fort Bend County fairgrounds at a cost of $5 per slot. This will be determined by the tailgating manger on the size of vehicle and the number of spaces at the time of arrival by the attendee.
Tailgating is in the area marked with banners and marker posts.
Portable restrooms are provided in the tailgate area for the tailgaters and attendees.

Golf cart shuttle service is available through the GHHF/fairgrounds area for attendees, visitors and vendors.

Security, using local law enforcement officers, is provided by GHHF from noon Friday to 3 pm Saturday.
